SinStar LLC Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with SinStar! All orders are shipped from our Fulfillment Center at 4168 W. 1st Ave, Eugene, OR 97402. We strive to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) once your payment has been successfully processed. The delivery timeframe of your package depends on the shipping method you select during checkout.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated after all discounts, including redeemed codes, and before taxes.

These rates apply to orders shipped within the continental United States only.

  • PO Boxes: Orders shipped to PO Boxes will use standard USPS shipping and are not eligible for expedited shipping.
  • Shipping Restrictions: Expedited shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Where We Ship

  • All 50 U.S. States: (except Oregon, where we cannot sell or ship Delta 8 or Delta 9 products due to legal restrictions).
  • District of Columbia and Military Addresses: Includes APO/FPO addresses; please note that deliveries to military addresses can take 4 to 6 weeks.
  • U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Expedited Shipping

Our team works hard to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, but please note that expedited shipping may experience delays due to factors outside our control. Expedited shipping is not available for military addresses (APO/FPO).

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information to keep you updated on your delivery.

Holidays & Sales

Please be aware that shipping and processing times may be extended during high-volume sale periods and holidays. Carriers do not deliver on the following holidays, regardless of the shipping method selected:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year’s Eve
